How this website works
Terms for using the Luxe Tripx website and booking desk.
By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. Bookings for flights, visas, and Umrah are confirmed only after we reply with a written quote. Catalogue prices for Dubai activities are shown in AED and may change before payment is connected.
A cart or checkout on this local site records a request. It is not a paid reservation until payment is live and we confirm the date. Do not treat a prototype order number as a ticket.
The company name, contact details, and page copy can be changed from WordPress. That does not change a quote we already sent. If a published price and a written quote differ, the quote you received is the one that applies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, passport details, and dates you send. Visa decisions belong to the embassy or authority that receives the file. Airline schedules can change after a ticket is issued; we will help you read the next step, but we cannot hold a seat the airline has moved.
Replace this page with a lawyer-reviewed version when you have one. Until then, contact the email in Site settings for the terms that apply to a specific booking. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new wording.
